Download with multiple per page - 'Save Paper' turned on (include trim marks & bleed). Print onto US letter or A4 size cardstock. Cut using a paper slicer, guillotine or scissors then fold in half or use a paper scorer. Make sure your print settings are set to '100%' or 'Actual Size' and your print quality settings are the highest possible.
