Download as PDF with 2 per page ('Save Paper' turned on). Print onto US letter or A4 size paper. Cut using a paper slicer, guillotine or scissors. Make sure your print settings are set to '100%' or 'Actual Size' and your print quality settings are the highest possible. Use a hole punch in each top corner, then thread through string.
