Download with multiple per page - PDF with 'Save Paper' turned on. Print onto US letter or A4 size cardstock. Cut using scissors, or a 2" hole punch. Make sure your print settings are set to '100%' or 'Actual Size' and your print quality settings are the highest possible.

𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗳𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗣𝗿𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴
Print through places such as OfficeMax, Staples, Walgreens etc. (US) or Officeworks (AUS). You can print anywhere that accepts US letter or A4 "Documents" (download with multiple per page - 'Save Paper' option). You can then pay to have them cut or cut them yourself.
